Our candles are handmade with love using superior eco soy wax, one of the highest-quality and most environmentally friendly waxes available. Eco soy wax burns cleaner, lasts longer, and does not release harmful chemicals into the air. Each candle is poured by hand into an amber glass jar and blended with a generous amount of premium fragrance oil - far more than most candles, ensuring a rich, long-lasting scent throw and an even, slow burn.

every candle is handcrafted with care and meticulously inspected before it leaves us. From the pouring process to final packaging, each product is carefully checked to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

Because our candles are handmade and made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or general use.

Damaged Items:

Refunds are only available for products that arrive damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:

• Clear photographic evidence of the damaged product

• Photos of the original packaging

• Your order number

Requests submitted after 2 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing:

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that refund processing may take up to 30 days, depending on the time it takes to receive, review, and approve your request, as well as your payment provider’s processing times.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
